The Data & Results Dashboard
Experiments Surveys & forms
Every project has a Data & Results tab in its top navigation: a live dashboard for watching data come in, exploring it, and downloading it, without waiting for the study to finish. The dashboard updates in real time as participants submit results.
The dashboard has five tabs.
Participants
Section titled “Participants”The landing tab. At a glance:
- Live now and total participant counts, plus how many results arrived in the last hour, day, and week.
- Medians for session duration, reaction time, and accuracy.
- Geography: which countries your sample comes from.
- Demographics summaries of the participant details you collect.
Results (beta)
Section titled “Results (beta)”Interactive figures and tables over your trial-level data, per test or block:
- Chart types include bar, line, heatmap, violin, and box plots.
- Group by up to four independent variables, including your own factor columns (
condition1, custom columns). - Trim reaction-time outliers, and exclude participants by criteria such as too-fast RT percentage, mean RT range, session duration range, or their flagged status (see Raw Data below).
Use it to sanity-check effects while data collection is still running; for publication analyses, download the data (see Results Formats).
By trial (beta)
Section titled “By trial (beta)”The same data cut per trial-file row, so you can inspect how a specific trial or question behaved across participants.
Raw Data
Section titled “Raw Data”One row per participant session. The table is searchable, sortable, and filterable (by demographics, country, duration, collection date, and flagged status), and its columns are toggleable (age, sex, location, browser, screen, duration, quality, collected date).
From here you can also:
- Flag a participant for exclusion: a manual per-row toggle. Flagged participants can then be excluded from the Results tab’s figures and from downloads. Testable additionally auto-flags sessions for data quality; a banner shows how many were auto-flagged.
- Delete individual result files, a selection, or all results.
- Download audio recordings per participant (the speaker icon on rows that have them), or all data in the formats described in Results Formats.
CONSORT
Section titled “CONSORT”Participant-flow reporting for your methods section: enrolment, exclusion, abandonment, and completion counts, plus a drop-off funnel showing what share of participants reached each row of the trial file. This tab is covered in detail in Fieldwork Insights & Trial Reporting.
Sharing a read-only snapshot
Section titled “Sharing a read-only snapshot”You can generate a public, read-only link to the dashboard to share live progress with collaborators, students, or reviewers, without giving them access to the project itself. Anyone with the link sees the dashboard; they cannot download or change anything.
Next steps
Section titled “Next steps”- Results Formats: every download format explained
- How to Read the Results Files: what is inside the files
- Results Reference: every results column documented
